The purpose of ARS conversion kit is to quickly and easily convert a Glock 17 pistol into an effective training weapon which does not use ammunition.

The only original parts removed from the pistol are the barrel and magazine. Using compressed gas instead of ammo gives the opportunity to fire a large number of simulated rounds at a negligible cost.

This system cycles the weapon's firing mechanism like in actual fire while simulating recoil, providing an audible blast and marking the point of impact with a laser. Cycling motion, recoil, and blast are arranged purely by pneumatic means and batteries are only needed to energize the laser.

Trigger feel is not altered from the original in any way so the shooter can practice with real trigger.
