This listing is for a factory original Heckler and Koch USP Barrel Blank Demo Set featuring one that is in the original billet formation, and that has initial machining, to what is known as the "lollipop", with one in 9mm and the other in .40S&W. 

This is an amazingly rare piece and a fantastic conversation starter for any enthusiast.   The information I understand is these were early production and used in conjunction with trail programs for US Gov contract, however there is no accompanying documentation that supports that at this time.
